1 . Do the prices shown online include GST?
Yes all the prices listed online are inclusive of GST
2 . Does PetStop share any information it receives about me?
No. We respect your privacy and the trust you have placed in us to provide you services. At no stage (other than to complete a delivery) will we provide any account, email, contact or other personal information to third party vendors, associates or service providers.
3 . Can I collect my online purchase from my nearest store?
No. Only Penrose store is allowed for pick up. Also, please come to pick up after received our confirmation email which will state the products you have purchased already available for your pick up.
4 . I can see a slight difference between in store and online pricing.
We're always working hard to ensure our pricing is competitive, and at times our in store and online promotions may differ.
5 . Are your online stock levels accurate?
Our online stock levels are kept as accurately as possible for indicating stock availability from our warehouse and also our combined stock levels throughout all stores. Whilst measures are in place to ensure 100% accuracy, it is important to note this cannot be guaranteed, nor is it implied to be error free. All online stock indications should be used as a guide only, this applies to both in-store purchases and online orders.
6 . Are all PetStop items available online?
We carry a huge range of products in all of our physical Stores, at times you may find a product in store which is not available online. We are continuously growing our online range to ensure customers can shop how, where and when they want.
7 . I haven't yet received a confirmation email about my order.
Our system configured to send a confirmation email to customer after check-out process completed. If 12 hours has passed and you haven't received a confirmation email, please also check your email spam folder or contact us through our contact us page.
