*DESCRIPTION:

FX Series Magnetic Impeller Assembly is suitable for FX5 and FX6 high performance filters.


To fit either a Fluval FX5 or FX6 filter

*DIRECTIONS:

- Disconnect the filter from electrical supply.
- Empty the filter by following the steps outlined in your user guide.
- Using a Phillips or star-shaped screwdriver, remove the fixing screws that hold the pump to the canister.
- Remove the existing impeller assembly by grasping its flange.
- Before inserting new impeller, see instructions for removing and installing the Bushing & O-Ring on this box.
- Insert new impeller.
- Replace seal ring and reattach pump unit to canister using the 4 fixing screws.
